We work with Shiprocket and trusted courier partners across India to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

1. Order Processing

    • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

    • During high-volume periods (festivals, sales, etc.), processing may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you informed in such cases.

2. Shipping & Delivery

    • We currently ship across India through Shiprocket’s network of courier partners (including BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and others).

    • Delivery time usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your pin code and courier service availability.

    • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking ID and courier details. You can track your parcel directly through https://shiprocket.co/tracking/.

3. Shipping Charges

    • Free shipping may be available on certain orders or promotions.

    • Otherwise, a standard shipping fee is applied at checkout, visible before payment.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional fee, mentioned at checkout.

4. Address & Delivery Issues

    • Please double-check your delivery address and contact details before placing an order.

    • Heer Treasures is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    • If a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., no response or wrong address), we can reship it after collecting the re-shipping fee.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

    • In rare cases where you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at support@heertreasures.com with:
        • Order number

        • Photos & unboxing video as proof

    • We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement if eligible.

6. Delivery Delays

    • Delivery timelines are estimates; unforeseen courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions may affect timelines.

    • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or recall it.

7. International Shipping

At the moment, we only ship within India. We’ll announce on our website and social media when international shipping becomes available.
