2. Shipping & Delivery

- We currently ship across India through Shiprocket’s network of courier partners (including BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and others).

- Delivery time usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your pin code and courier service availability.

3. Shipping Charges

- Free shipping may be available on certain orders or promotions.

- Otherwise, a standard shipping fee is applied at checkout, visible before payment.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional fee, mentioned at checkout.
4. Address & Delivery Issues

- Heer Treasures is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

- If a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., no response or wrong address), we can reship it after collecting the re-shipping fee.

6. Delivery Delays

- Delivery timelines are estimates; unforeseen courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions may affect timelines.

At the moment, we only ship within India. We’ll announce on our website and social media when international shipping becomes available.
